No hay que preparar niguna salsa para ali\u00f1ar, ya que todos los ingredientes por s\u00ed son una composici\u00f3n gustosa extraordinaria y no hace falta m\u00e1s que algunas gotas de lim\u00f3n exprimido y un chorrito de aceite de oliva y listo. Jugosa, refrescante, dulce y ligeramente salada &#8211; un bol entero con sabor y color de verano. Para una cena o comida ligera. Una ensalada llena de vitaminas que te refresca el cuerpo. Si tienes un cuchillo redondeado o una cuchara afilada, podr\u00e1s sacar la pulpa sin da\u00f1ar la cascar\u00e1 y te servir\u00e1 como bol natural. Queda muy chulo en la mesa, artista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>para 4 personas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>700 g sand\u00eda fria (sin cascara)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g de queso feta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 g de hojas frescas de menta o albahaca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>una buena mano de aceitunas negras sin hueso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cebolla roja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; 2 limas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar la cebolla roja en rodajas muy finas. Echale sal a la cebolla cortada y ali\u00f1ala con el zumo de las limas exprimidas m\u00ednimo durante una hora. De esta forma la cebolla pierde su picante penetrante y lo cambia por un color rosado y un sabor fino y afrutado. Corta la sand\u00eda en trozos \u00abbocados\u00bb peque\u00f1os, quita los huesos negros si hace falta. Rompe el queso feta con las manos en trozos gruesos y a\u00f1adelos junto con las aceitunas al bol con los trozos de sand\u00eda. Remueve todo con cuidado. Decora todo con las hojas de menta o albhaca y las rodajas de la cebolla rosa.
