Tomates dulces con cilantro fresco, chalotas cortadas finamente, zumo de limon y copos de chile como toque final. La receta viene del libro \u00abOriginal Indisch\u00bb de Meera Sodha, del que ya he cocinado tantos platos incre\u00edbles. Esta ensalada debe estar marinando una hora antes de servirla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g de tomates cherry u otra variedad (los tomates deben ser realmente dulces)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 chalotas, picadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cucharadas de aceite de colza u oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/4 cucharadita de copos de chile (con ni\u00f1os en la mesa, dejar esto fuera)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 ramito de cilantro fresco, cortado fino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar los tomates y cortarlos en cubos muy peque\u00f1os: si es posible en quadrados de 0,5 x 0,5 cm. Dejarlos en un bol y guardarlos. Picar las chalotas y a\u00f1adirlas junto con el aceite, zumo de lim\u00f3n, sal y copos de chile a los tomates. Remover todo bien. Cubrir el bol y dejarlo para una hora en el frigo. Antes de servirla, cortar el cilantro fresco y esparcirlo por encima. Listo esta ensalada de tomate con cilantro! Se mantiene bien en la nevera unos 2 d\u00edas.
