Tiene consistencia, refresca y vitaliza. Se come fr\u00eda y se puede preparar con antelaci\u00f3n. Hay una opci\u00f3n vegetariana o vegana y s\u00f3lo el topping de ma\u00edz y pimienta se hace en la sarten. El resto del trabajo lo lleva a cabo el mixer. Tampoco hay mucho para cortar. Como fondo lo mejor es un caldo vegetariano casero, si no lo tienes, utiliza el de sobre. Si prefieres la sopa m\u00e1s o menos picante lo dejo a tu gusto. Esta receta viene de una revista alemana llamada \u00bb Essen &amp; Trinken\u00bb, edici\u00f3n julio 2016. Estos chicos saben cocinar eh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 &#8211; 5 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 aguacates maduros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml caldo vegetal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 lata peque\u00f1a de ma\u00edz (150 g)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pimiento rojo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 diente de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/2 cucharadita de cumino, semillas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 peperoni verde (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pepino grande<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cebolletas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tallos de albahaca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 limas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de cr\u00e9me fraiche (o pur\u00e9 de tofu \/ o nata vegana)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tostar las semillas de cumino en una sarten sin grasa para 1 &#8211; 2 minutos. Sacar de la sarten, dejar enfriar y moler con el mortero. Si te gusta el picante, lavar el peperoni verde, sacar las pepitas&nbsp; y cortarlo en trozos peque\u00f1os. Pelar el pepino, cortarlo por la mitad, sacar las pepitas con una cuchara y cortarlo en trozos peque\u00f1os. Lavar las cebolletas y cortarlas en rodajas finas. Exprimir el zumo de lima y lavar las hojas de albahaca y secarlas y sacudirlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar los aguacates por la mitad, sacar el hueso y sacar la pulpa con la ayuda de una cuchara. Poner la en el mixer junto con el zumo de limas, el cumino, las cebolletas, el pepino y el peperoni. A\u00f1adir adem\u00e1s la cr\u00e9me fraiche, el vinagre y el caldo de verdura y hacer un pur\u00e9 liso. Yo lo hago todo en una olla con el mini beamer. Funciona igual de bien. Rectificar con sal y pimienta y ponerla en el frigo para unos minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, lava el pimiento rojo, cortalo en cuartos y de all\u00ed en cubitos peque\u00f1os. Dejar escurrir el ma\u00edz y pica el diente de ajo. Calienta una sarten con aceite de oliva y sofreir los granos de ma\u00edz hasta que queden dorados. A\u00f1ade el pimiento rojo, frielo 5 minutos m\u00e1s y al final a\u00f1ade el ajo y asalo para 2 minutos. Salpimentar y poner al lado hasta que se haya enfriado un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirve la sopa en un bol y pon el ma\u00edz-pimienta topping encima. Ordenado o desordenado, como prefieras.
