Pero a pesar de sus propiedades acidas no tiene un efecto acidificante en el metabolismo. Por ello, los tres doshas pueden morder aqu\u00ed la granada seg\u00fan les apetezca. Granadas tienen un efecto equilibrante en los tres doshas. Granadas y la fruta amla poseen esta caracter\u00edstica unica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las granadas son buenos para el coraz\u00f3n, la digesti\u00f3n y espesan los heces. Adem\u00e1s tiene un efecto rejuvenecedor en la piel y refuerzan nuestro sistema imunitario. Granadas son un afrodis\u00edaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se llega a los granos deliciosos sin manchar la camiseta y la pared con mil puntitos rojos? Simplemente cortar la granada con un cuchillo afilado y poner los dos lados bajo agua dentro de una olla. Bajo el agua ya no salpica nada. Puedes sacar los granos con los dedos de manera facil. Verterlos en un colador y listo.
