Es un dip que combina tanto con una alita de pollo como para untar en el pan. A los amantes del cilantro se abrir\u00e1 el corazon. Adem\u00e1s da un toque de color en cualquier plato! Se mantiene fresco en la nevera durante una semana. La receta original viene del libro \u00abOriginal indisch\u00bb de Meera Sodha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efecto en los doshas: una raci\u00f3n peque\u00f1a esta bien para todo el mundo. Cilantro es una hierba muy buena para Pitta, porque tiene un efecto refrescante. Sin embargo el chutney no debe ser demasiado salado y picante para un tipo pita. Para los tipos Vata es ideal y a los Kapha, como siempre, se recomienda poca cantidad, menos dulce, m\u00e0s picante. Ya sabr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes para 1 tarro (150 ml)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g cilantro fresca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>60 g cacahuetes, no salados y sin tostar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cucharadas de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cucharaditas azucar de ca\u00f1a moreno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita de curcuma molida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; 3 chiles verdes, sin huesos si quieres menos picante y picados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar el cilantro en un bol con agua fria. Sacar las hierbas y sacudelos. Pica las hojas y los tallos de manera gruesa y a\u00f1adelas al mixer. A\u00f1ade ahora los cacahuetes, el zumos de lim\u00f3n, sal, azucar, curcuma y los chiles y haz de esto un pure liso. Si te ha quedado demasiado espeso, a\u00f1ade un poco de agua. Pruebalo y rectifica de sal, azucar y lim\u00f3n.
