R\u00fastico y con echo cari\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 zanahor\u00edas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pimiento rojo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g patatas peque\u00f1as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 ramas de romero fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 patas de pollos 200 g cada una<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal, pimienta, una pisca de piment\u00f3n picante<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceite de oliva a gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 220\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar las zanahor\u00edas y cortarlas en rodajas de 1 cm (diagonal queda m\u00e1s bonito). Limpiar bien las patatas y cortar por la mitad. Pelar el pimiento, cortar en 4 partes, sacar los huesos y trozear en piezas comestibles. Picar el romero (las espinas) y trozear las patas de pollo en las articulaciones para que queden 4 piezas en total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meter todo en un bol grande, a\u00f1adir el ajo picado, el aceite, las especias y mezclar todo bien con las manos.
