Bien apto para Vata y Pitta, Kapha puede a\u00f1adirle una poco m\u00e1s picante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3,5 cucharadas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada semillas de cilantro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada piment\u00f3n dulce (no ahumado)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita curcuma en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita nuez moscada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cardamomo molido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita canela molido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita cumino en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para conseguir el mejor sabor: tostar las semillas de cilantro y cumino en seco en una sart\u00e9n hasta que desprendan un olor muy agradable. Despu\u00e9s molerlos en un mortero hasta que quede un polvo fino. Si no tienes un mortero en casa sustituye las semillas con las especias en polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juntar las especias en un bol y mezclarlas muy bien. Ponerlas en un tarro limpio y cerrado.
