Muy arom\u00e1tico, muy facil de digerir, cremoso y nada pesado. Va bien acompa\u00f1ado por pan, pasta o arroz. La mezcla de especias que se necesita la puedes hacer tu miso\/a Tikka Masala &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/whatfoodcan.com\/es\/project\/tikka-masala\/\">encuentra aqu\u00ed la receta<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta proviene de un blog muy bueno: veganlovlie.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efecto en los doshas: bien apto para Vata y Pitta. Kapha puede a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s picante. Tomates no son muy queridos en el Ayurveda, pero esta receta lleva muchas especias que equilibran su acidez. Berenjas tienen un efecto \u00abcalentador\u00bb. Las especias aumentan la funci\u00f3n de agni, sin agravar ning\u00fan dosha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 personas<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 berenjenas tama\u00f1o medio ( 330 g)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 calabacin mediano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de gengibre rallado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a, cortada en rodajas finas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml pure de tomate (si tienes tomates frescos&nbsp; y maduros de verano mejor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 ml de leche de coco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de Tikka Masala (ver arriba)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 chile picado sin huesos o un poco de pimienta cayenne ( a tu gusto)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de coco o de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal a gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de sirope de arce (o azucar) si los tomates son muy acidas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 manojo de cilantro fresco picado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar las berenjenas y cortarlas en rodajas de 2,5 cm. Ponerlas en un bol grande y echar una buena pisca de sal. Masajear la sal con las berenjenas y rellenar el bol con agua fria. Dejar reposar 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar el calabacin y cortarlo en 1 cm \u00abmedias lunas\u00bb. Cortar la cebolla en rodajas finas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar las berenjenas 2 veces con agua fria y secarlas con un poco de papel de cocina. Calentar una sart\u00e9n y tostar en el aceite las berenjenas por 7 minutos en cada lado hasta que esten dorados por ambos lados. Deben estar realmente blandos! Sacar las berenjenas de la sart\u00e9n y ponerlas al lado. Chupan mucho aceite, y ayuda tapar la sarten mientras se estan haciendo, as\u00ed necesitar\u00e1n menos aceite (Para gente que no deben comer mucha grasa &#8211; poner los trozos de berenjena secos en el horno y en 20 minutos estan blandos, sin ningun tipo de aceite).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma sarten tostar la cebolla, el gengibre y chile. A\u00f1adir la mezcla Tikka Masala y tostar unos segundos. A\u00f1adir el pure de tomate, mezclar bien y dejar cocinar a fuego lento unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adir los trozs de calabcin y dejar cocinar 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Ahora adjuntar la leche de coco y las berenjenas. Si hace falta hechar un poco m\u00e1s de agua para que quede m\u00e1s liquido. Dejar calentar todo bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rectificar de sal y probar la acidez. A\u00f1adir el sirope si hace falta. A\u00f1adir la mitad del cilantro fresco, la otra mitad para decorar los platos.
