En la India se preparan los idlis t\u00edpicamente de una masa a base de arroz y urad dal fermentados. Nuestra versi\u00f3n no se fermenta, es vegana y hecho de semola y leche de coco. Se necesita una \u00abolla\u00bb especial para darles esta forma t\u00edpica, pero un molde para hacer muffins tambi\u00e9n valdr\u00eda. Idlis son un clasico para el desayuno o un brunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en los doshas:<\/strong> muy bien apto para Vata y Pitta. Kapha toma menos dulce o menos Idlis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 12 Idlis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>180 g semola fina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/8 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de azucar moreno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de coco rallado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>125 ml de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite para untar el molde \/ Idli olla p.e. aceite de coco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untar los moldes con un poco de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner una olla grande con algo de agua y calentar a nivel medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos en un bol grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adir el agua, la leche de coco y la vainilla. Remover hasta obtener una masa blanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meter en cada molde una cucharada de la masa, no tomar demasiada cantidad, ya que \u00abcrecen\u00bb mientras se hacen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rellenar todos los moldes de la olla Idli, juntar las diferentes \u00abplantas\u00bb y meterlo en la olla con el agua hirviendo. Se har\u00e1n al vapor. Tapar y dejar que los Idlis se hagan durante 11 minutos. No m\u00e1s tiempo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Levantar la tapa y dejar que se enfrien los moldes hasta que se pueden tocar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la ayuda de una cucharada, sacar los bizcochos deliciosos de sus moldes.
