Los aguacates se pondr\u00e1n maduros se se ponen al lado de una manzana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en los doshas:<\/strong> apto para todos los doshas. Kapha toma menos cantidad, ya que aporta bastante grasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong> para un bol peque\u00f1o (dip o para untar el pan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 aguacates maduros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 bote peque\u00f1o de cr\u00e9me fraiche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Segun tu propio gusto<\/strong> (la cocina ayurvedica es intuitiva):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zumo de limon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cilantro fresco picado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>kardamomo en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gengibre en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>chile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner todos los ingredientes en un mixer y hacer un pure \/masa muy suave y cremosa. Rectificar y probar de sal y acidez. Servir en un bol peque\u00f1o con el hueso del aguate puesto en medio.
