La receta proviene de trinityskitchen.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong> para 4 raciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 patata muy grande<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>900 g guisantes frescos o congelados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 ml leche de coco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>una mano llena de menta fresca, picada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar la patata y cortarla con la piel en trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubrir la patata en un bol con agua y cocerla hasta que est\u00e9 blanda durante unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adir los guisantes, el resto del agua y volver a hervir todo. Mientras todo cocine, echar la leche de coco y la menta. Dejar hervir todo unos 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Con un mini beamer hacer un pure liso y cremoso.
