Interesante para todos los que no puedan comer soja (contiene phyto-\u00f6strogene) o los que no la digieren bien. Este tofu se hace en 15 minutos y puede &#8211; despu\u00e9s de dejarlo enfriar &#8211; ser cortado y tostado en una sart\u00e9n. La receta original proviene del blog kichererb.se (garbanzo en alem\u00e1n)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en los doshas<\/strong>: garbanzos es una legumbre ideal para tipos Kapha. Vata tandr\u00e1 problemas de digesti\u00f3n (gases).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 raciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g de harina de garbanzo (besan methi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharaditas de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de curcuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner un pa\u00f1o de cocina dentro de un molde alargado (como los moldes para hacer un bizcocho, ver la foto) y poner al lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echar la harina de garbanzos, sal, curcuma en un bol y remover con la mitad del agua hasta conseguir una masa espesa y sin grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner a hervir la otra mitad del agua. Reducir la temperatura a un m\u00ednimo y verter la masa de harina de garbanzos. Remover sin parar y dejar cocinar lentamente hasta que la masa se espese (aprox. 5 minutos). Verter la masa en el molde, cubrir con el pa\u00f1o y dejar enfriar. Poner en la nevera para media hora. Listo para tu preferencias de tostarlo en la sarten u otras cosas gustosas.
