Kapha no debe comerlo en exceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 aguacate maduro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 pepino, pelado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zumos de 1\/2 lima<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de sirope de arce ( o azucar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; 3 hojas de menta ( o\/y de cilantro)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal y pimienta a gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meter todos los ingredientes en un recipiente alto y hacer una crema con un mini beamer. Preparar 1 hora antes de comer.
