Chana Dal son garbanzos partidos por la mitad que traen consigo ya una nota de \u00abnuez\u00bb, muy rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto ayurvedico este es un dal apto para los tipos Kapha, siendo miel el \u00fanico endulcorante recomendado para Kapha y los garbanzos tienen un efecto secador (una de las caracter\u00edsticas de Kapha es mucosidad). Vata tendr\u00e1 problemas con gases. Para un tipo Pitta esta bien, si no se pasa de picante y de acido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas como plato principal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 g chana dal (tienda asi\u00e1tica)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 an\u00eds estrella<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de cada: semillas de mostaza, cumino, clavos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 chile verde, sin huesos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 hojas de curry (dif\u00edciles de conseguir)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tomates maduros, picados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita curcuma en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/3 cucharaditas de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 1\/2 cucharaditas de miel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/2 cucharadita de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30 &#8211; 40 g de cacahuetes con la piel, aplastados (no la cascara)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner el chana dal en remojo (agua caliente) durante una hora. Lavar a continuaci\u00f3n con agua fria, hasta que el agua salga limpio. Poner los legumbres en una olla, cubrirlos hasta 4 cm por encima con agua, a\u00f1adir el an\u00eds estrella y dejar cocinar a fuego medio durante 1 hora &#8211; o hasta que esten realmente blandos. Sacar la espuma que pueda salir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto calentar en una sart\u00e9n el aceite y echar las semillas de mostaza. En cuanto empiezen a saltar, a\u00f1adir cumino, clavos y 6 hojas de curry. Tostar durante 3 &#8211; 4 minutos, removiendo, hasta que empiezen a desprender un olor muy agradable. A\u00f1adir los tomates, dejarlos cocinar 5 minutos. A\u00f1adir curcuma, sal, lim\u00f3n y miel, remover todo y sacar del fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echar la mezcla tomate-especias junto a las legumbres. Dejar cocinar 15 minutos m\u00e1s. Si hace falta, echar algo m\u00e1s de agua. Rectificar de miel, sal, lim\u00f3n y chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar en otra sart\u00e9n aceite, tostar una rama de hojas de curry (si lo tienes) y las cacahuetes hasta que esten dorados y crujientes. Decorar con ellos el dal. Delicioso! Te encantar\u00e1.
