Estos palitos ayudar\u00e1n a combatirlos! Mejor preparar un poco m\u00e1s y estar preparados, cuando la gargante empieza a doler y la nariz gotea. Para tipos Vata y Kapha son ideales (aunque un poco picantes) Pitta no debe exagerar ya que calientan, pican y son acidos-salados. Una vez hechos, se mastican! Los dej\u00e9 en la cocina de nuestra oficina sin decir nada y mis compis se los pusieron en su te o en la sopa &#8211; tampoco es mala idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambien una idea de reaglo que tus amig@s jamas hayan recibido!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de gengibre fresco, cortar en palitos de 0,5 x 0,5 x 4 cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2,5 cucharaditas de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de curcuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cucharadas de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar el gengibre (con un cuchillo, rascar la piel) y cortar en palitos de 0,5 x 0,5 x 4 cm. Meterlos en un bol, echar la sal, curcuma y zumo de lim\u00f3n encima. Mezclar bien. Dejar reposar 24h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verter el l\u00edquido por un colador y guardar los palitos dentro del colador. El d\u00eda siguiente colocarlos en papel de horno y vigilar que no se sobrepasan. Lo mjeor es ponerlos as\u00ed encima de una calefacci\u00f3n. Dejarlos secarse durante 3 &#8211; 4 d\u00edas hasta que esten muy crujientes y totalmente secos. Ser\u00e1n mucho m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que al principio!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guardar en un frasco con tapa limpio.
