Un pur\u00e9 caliente y dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un men\u00fa ayurvedico siempre contiene una peque\u00f1a cantidad de postre dulce. Este pur\u00e9 de boniatos es dulce y nutritivo. Optimo para tipos Vata y Pitta. Kapha puede comer un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong> (una cucharada grande para cada uno)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g de boniatos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 g de nata (chequea antes la textura del pur\u00e9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 g de mantequilla o ghee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 g de azucar (si usas un endulcorante l\u00edquido, evita la nata, para que no sea demasiado l\u00edquido el pur\u00e9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de canela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de anis estrella (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>vainilla (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocer los boniatos con la piel en una olla con agua hasta que est\u00e9n blandos. Mejor a\u00fan: hacerlos al vapor! Unos 25 minutos son suficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplastar con un tenedor los todav\u00eda calientes boniatos, echarles sal, azucar y la mantequilla. A\u00f1adir la nata al final y solo, si no queda demasiado l\u00edquido el pur\u00e9. Debe ser un pur\u00e9 espeso. A tu gusto dar le un toque final con anis estrella, vainilla y\/o canela. Pasar por el mini beamer.
