Una t\u00edpica mezcla de especias que se emplea para un fin medicinal. Contiene: pimienta negra, pimienta pippali y gengibre seco en polvo. Trikatu refuerza nuestro fuego digestivo &#8211; agni &#8211; y pertenece a la recetas \u00abDeepana\u00bb. Deepana son sustancias que refuerzan agni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especialmente en primavera se recomienda tomar Trikatu &#8211; refuerza nuestro sistema imunitario, quema Ama (toxinas) &#8211; y echa a fuera las viejas cargas del invierno. Trikatu apoya curas \u00abdetox\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingerir por la ma\u00f1ana 1\/4 cucharadita de Trikatu con miel. Ojo: Trikatu es muy picante! Por eso conviene la miel como portadora. Un truco: mezclar una cucharadita de Trikatu con un poco de miel y formar peque\u00f1as bolitas. Tragar las bolitas y ni te das cuenta! Resfriados adios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se puede comprar esta mezcla, o la puedes hacer tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezclar las tres especias por partes iguales y guardarlo en un recipiente con tapa.
