Calabacin se hace en 10 minutos, zanahoria, remolacha, calabaza, chiriv\u00eda o ra\u00edz de perejil tardan unos 30 minutos. A partir de all\u00ed suelta tu imaginaci\u00f3n. Escoge verduras de temporada y de tu regi\u00f3n! Ser\u00e1n mejores y m\u00e1s sabrosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 200\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezclar en un bol: aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, hierbas frescas como salvia, oregano, tomillo, romero o majoran y algo c\u00edtrico, como zumo de limon, zumo de naranja, o un buen vinagre de modena o vinagre blanco de buena calidad. Si te gusta el ajo, a\u00f1ades los dientes aplastados con la piel. Cebollas tambi\u00e9n pueden entrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezclar las verduras con la \u00absalsa\u00bb y echar todo junto en un molde engrasado. Poner el queso feta encima haciendo migas de el con las manos. Meter en el horno y dejar asar unos 30 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n blandos y ricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vigilar que los trozos de verdura tienen m\u00e1s o menos el mismo tama\u00f1o.
