En vez de la pesada bechamel le damos la chispita con ricotta y un poco de parmesano. Un salsa cl\u00e1sica de tomate \u00abmarinara\u00bb, verdura &#8211; espinacas, calbacin y berejenas &#8211; y las placas de pasta le dan la estructura a esta deliciosa lasa\u00f1a. Requiere preparaci\u00f3n y tiempo, pero es muy facil de realizar. Y facil de digerir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 8 &#8211; 10 personas<\/strong> (la cantidad puede ser partida por la mitad)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tama\u00f1o del molde: grande! Aprox. 26 cm x 32 cm <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 calabacines medianos, cortados en media lunas de 0,5 cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 berenjenas medianos, cortadas en rodajas de 0,5 cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 botes de ricotta (\u00e1 250g cada uno)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg de espinacas frescas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 huevos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 &#8211; 1 cucharadita de canela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g parmesano rallado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>375 g pasta en placas (sin precocinar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 latas de tomtates en lata, enteros, pelados, buena calidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 manojo de albahaca (o oregano fresco)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 &#8211; 8 dientes de ajo, cortados en rodajas finas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal, pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primero preparar la salsa de tomate marinara. (El d\u00eda anterior si va mejor):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar 4 &#8211; 6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande, fuego medio. A\u00f1adir el ajo cortado y tostarlo hasta que este ligeramente dorado. A\u00f1adir los tomates; dejalos escurrir por tu mano y aprietalos para que queden trozos grandes. Limpiar las latas por dentro con un poco de agua y a\u00f1adirlo a la cocci\u00f3n. Salpimentar a gusto. A\u00f1adirel manojo de albahaca entero (sin lavar, con tallos y hojas) y dejar cocinar a fuego lento unos 20 minutos, hasta que la salsa est\u00e9 espesa. Probar si falta una pisca de azucar para equilibrar la acidez del tomate. Si te gusta un poco picante, echale un poco de pimienta cayenna. Poner al lado y reservar la salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar la verdura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espinacas: Lavar las espinacas y blanquearlas durante 1 minuto en agua hirviendo. Verter por un colador y echar agua fria por encima. Dejar enfriar un poco. Apretar las espinacas bien con las manos y escurrir el l\u00edquido. Cortar en piezas gruesas. Poner al lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00ba grados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calabacines: Meterlos en una bandeja con papel de cocinar, echar aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta y masajear un poco. Hornear durante 8 &#8211; 10 minutos. Sacar y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berenjenas: Ponerlas en otra bandeja, masajearlos con un poco de aceite, sal y pimienta y meterlas en el horno conjuntamente con los calabacines, en total unos 15 minutos, hasta que esten blandos. Sacar y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajar la temperatura del horno a 175\u00baC y dejar encendido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezclar el queso ricotta con los huevos, 2 cucharadas de agua, canela, sal y pimienta. Probar. Poner al lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untar ligeramente el molde con aceite por dentro y monta las capas para la lasa\u00f1a en este orden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00abensuciar\u00bb el fondo del molde con salsa de tomate &#8211; no hundir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una capa de pasta de lasa\u00f1a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una capa fina de masa de ricotta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una capa de berenjenas, todas las que tengas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una capa salsa de tomate y algo de queso parmesano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una capa de pasta de lasa\u00f1a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una capa de masa de ricotta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>espinacas y calabacin, todo lo que tengas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una capa de salsa de tomate y algo de parmesano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>para finalizar: una capa de pasta y on top, ricotta, salsa de tomate y parmesano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consejo: debe haber suficiente l\u00edquido para que se ablanden las placas de pasta &#8211; entonces no hay que ahorrar con la salsa de tomate. Por otro lado, tampoco se debe \u00abahogar\u00bb la lasa\u00f1a. Debe estar todo bien cubierto, pero no m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubrir el molde con papel de aluminio y hornear durante 40 minutos. Sacar el papel de aluminio y dejar dorar la lasa\u00f1a durante 10 minutos. Sacar la lasa\u00f1a del horno y dejar reposar 10 &#8211; 15 minutos! Importante. Cortar despu\u00e9s y servir. Tambien se puede congelar la lasa\u00f1a, si has preparado demasiada cantidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante precocinar las verduras o en una sart\u00e9n o en el horno. Dentro de la lasa\u00f1a no se \u00abhacen\u00bb. Puedes utilizar otro tipo de verduras u otro tipo de queso.
