Pitta debe procurar que no se pasa con el gengibre y lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para una taza grande<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 zanahorias medianos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30 g de gengibre fresco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de semillas girasol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; 2 cucharadas de zumos de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de salsa de soja (Shoyu)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sal, nuez moscada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar las zanahorias y cortarlas en rodajas. Cocinarlos en una olla peque\u00f1a con un poco de sal hasta que esten blandas. Verter el agua sobrante en un vaso y poner al lado (para beberlo tu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezclar todos los ingredientes y hacer un puree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta original proviene de Josita Hartanto \u00abVegan genial\u00bb.
