Para d\u00edas con gripe u otros virus, o solamente para disfrutar de una sopa reconfortante y muy rica. Lo que no tienes en casa, lo dejas fuera. Esto s\u00ed es comida como en casa de tu abuela! Si al final a\u00f1ades un poco de miso, tienes una buena base para hacer una sopa de pasta japonesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en los doshas:<\/strong> buen\u00edsimo para Vata. Harmonizando los tres doshas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pollo entero (o dos muslos)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cebolla grande, partida por la mitad con la piel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 zanahorias<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 puerro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 trozo de apio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 trozo de gengibre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; 3 tallos de apio en rama<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tomate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 diente de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; 2 cucharadas de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de granos de pimienta negra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 granos de pimienta de Jamaica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 hoja de laurel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>perejil liso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>apio lev\u00edstico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar la cebolla por la mitad y tostarla en la olla con una cucharada de aceite de oliva. Dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adir el pollo y todos los dem\u00e1s ingredientes; cubrir todo bien con agua fr\u00eda. Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n con la tapa cerrada y a partir de all\u00ed dejar cocinar a fuego lento durante 2 horas.
