Es una sopa espesa, reconfortante, tiene un sabor suave, ligeramente citr\u00edco y a tomillo. El topping lo eliges a tu gusto. O bien verduras salteadas, garbanzos tostados o tofu asado en salsa de soja. Lo que tengas a mano y lo que te guste. La receta original proviene de un blog muy bonito veganlovlie.com, aqu\u00ed un poco adaptado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un consejo:<\/strong> haz solo la cantidad para una comida, ya que la pasta se cocina dentro del potaje y se pondr\u00e1 muy blanda al guardarla unos d\u00edas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efecto en los doshas:<\/strong> Vata esta muy contenta, Pitta necesitar\u00e1 algun extra para masticar. Kapha puede usar m\u00e1s especies picantes y menos pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g de lentejas rojas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 litro de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cubito de caldo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/4 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de tomillo seco o 3 &#8211; 4 ramitas frescas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 hojas kaffir o 2 hojas de laurel con un poco de zumos de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>225 g farfalle u otra pasta corta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 ml leche de coco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 g de ma\u00edz (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>setas (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharadita de curry en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pisca de asaf\u00f6etida o hing (opcional &#8211; excellente especie para evitar gases)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el topping: garbanzos, o tofu o verduritas asados en un poco de aceite con salsa de soja si te gusta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar las lentejas bajo agua fr\u00eda bien hasta que el agua sale limpia. Poner a hervir las lentejas en una olla junto con 1 litro de agua, el cubito de caldo y sal. Dejar cocinar unos 15 minutos hasta que las lentejas esten blandas. Hacer una crema lisa con un mini beamer si te gusta esta textura. Sino saltar este paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora meter todos los dem\u00e1s ingredientes en la \u00absopa\u00bb incluida la pasta. Remover de vez en cuando y echar algo m\u00e1s de agua si hace falta. Preparar al mismo tiempo el topping. Cuando la pasta este cocida al dente, servir todo bien bonito y disfrutar. Hierbas frescas, un poco de aoli le dar\u00e1n una chispita m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mi gusto es un plato maravilloso.
