Adzuki coco paté

is a very delicious paté for bread or crackers. Easy to prepare and it’s taste is lightly sweet, nuttily, fresh and satisfying.


400 gr. Adzuki beans

1 soup spoon coconut oil native

1 soup spoon soy sauce shoyu

1 soup spoon tahini or almend mousse

1/2 soup spoon umeboshi paste (use fresh grated lemon skin as alternative)

Mix all ingredients with a mixer and ready. If you like, put some fresh chopped coriander on top. The adzuki coco paté remains fresh in the fridge for 4 days.
