Svastha – healthy – established in yourself

Svastha is sanskrit and means “healthy” or established in yourself. Sva = yourself and stha = stay. To linger in your own self, within your own constitution and limitations given by our mind and body. Being satisfied with who you are, exactly as you are. Accepting yourself, not trying to be what the outer world would you like to be. Independent from stimulations and the more and more growing distractions around us.

Feeling good in your body, with your thoughts, your feelings and the people around you. Being able to confront with serenity and balance the sources of irritation and challenges we encounter every day. To own the ability to always find the way back into the midst way and find peace and strength there. To have confidence in a “higher intelligence” that guides us. That is a good basis for a happy, satisfied and long life. But, only with eating healthy food nobody can´t accomplish that.

The meditation practice is a wonderful tool, to really get to know yourself fully. How it feels, to be established in yourself. To know what is good for us and what´s wrong. And she teaches us how to increase our consciusness by practicing regularly and come into a place of “svastah” little by little. It´s not the short way to the beach, but it´s very effective. And if necessary, you should ask a psycologist to help you heal old wounds and traumata, which very often condition our habit patterns. My recommendation: www.bogarnagaraj.com. Bogar is a very experienced psychologist and is a certified meditation teacher. He speaks english, spanish, italian and french. So, no excuses 😉
