Ready-to-eat foods
Nicotine
Alcohol
Soft drinks (including carbonated water)
Coffee and black tea
Meat, especially pork
Fish and seafood
Pills containing acetylsalicylic acid
Excessive physical exertion
Poor oxygen supply (due to lack physical movement / sports)
Fear, stress, anger

Our goal should be to maintain a balance in the variety of foods we eat, as well as, monitor the quantities we eat: a good quality cut of meat is no health hazard, because meat also provides healthy ingredients. A glass of wine in the evening doesn’t hurt either.

But a constant intake of white sugar and refined (white) flour products, and the substances that are generated during their metabolization, are critical foods to be avoided or at least reduced.
