Whole cane sugar healthy

Whole cane sugar is unrefined, dried sugar cane juice. This type of sugar still contains all the minerals like iron, magnesium, calcium and vitamins. It‘s a valid alternative to white sugar, especially when sugar is needed for baking  cookies or cakes as it has the same volume as white sugar. It should, however, be used sparingly as it contains as many calories as white sugar.
