Tips to avoid sugar

There is no “healthy” alternative to sugar so:

– Gradually reduce the “sweetness” in food
– A dessert does not have to be a sugar bomb
– Don‘t use white sugar (refined)
– Carefully read the labels on food packaging
– Avoid ready to eat foods
– Avoid all sugar-sweetened beverages (like lemonade, coke, etc.)
– Cook, try it and prepare! It really is very worthwhile
