What must a complete and balanced meal contain?
Without consulting calorie tables or going a little crazy, you can resort to a golden rule that is easy to remember: a dish must contain all colors: green, yellow, orange, red, white and black. Black can be the accent added by black sesame seeds or a black olive, red a tomato or a fresh chili, green a zucchini or some lettuce. Let there be colour!
The point here is to use your imagination! Combine colors, different textures different ways of cooking, raw food, creamy or crunchy. You’ll find that family members, friends and guests smile, as we are unconsciously attracted by the colorful food.
