pH Value healthy

It is an indicator to measure the degree of acidity of the blood. (Organs, muscles, mouth, intestines, pancreas or urine have different optimal pH values.) The optimum pH of the blood is of 7,365 (slightly alkaline). The human body MUST keep this value, just to guarantee vital metabolic processes.

The body maintains the optimum pH value of the blood, even though the organs are already acidified excessively. To neutralize them alkaline minerals such as calcium, magnesium or iron are needed. They are either taken up through the food you eat or extracted from the body’s supply, demineralizing bones, teeth or connective tissue. You can only remove acidic particles following this process.

pH Value: from the Latin pondus hydrogenii (hydrogen weight)

Natural water has a pH value of exactly 7. It contains both positive and negative hydrogen ions.
